This Monday's sectoral meeting between the Spanish government and the regional governments on the distribution of the 4,400 migrant minors in the Canary Islands ended without an agreement. The PP governments continue to reject the agreement. the criteria that the executive has set and they will not comply with them until the Constitutional Court makes its decision.
