MadridThe Andalusian president, Juanma Moreno Bonilla, has announced the dissolution of parliament and the call for early elections on May 17. The call will involve the departure of the first vice-president and Minister of Finance, María Jesús Montero, from the Spanish government to be the PSOE candidate.
