Montero denounces the PP's use of Catalonia as an "excuse" for not voting on the decree against tariffs.

Finance Minister María Jesús Montero lamented that the PP is using a supposed pact with Junts (Together for Catalan companies) as an "excuse" for not voting in favor of the decree approved yesterday by the Council of Ministers. "No territory is being privileged," she said.
