The president of the Valencian Regional Government, Carlos Mazón, stated this Thursday that he "did not" participate in drafting the ES-Alert message sent to the public on October 29, when a DANA (rainstorm) caused severe flooding in the Valencian Community and caused the deaths of 228 people.
