Koldo García's lawyer has sent the Civil Guard a "documented chronology" to deny that he tried to bribe Carmen Pano with 50,000 euros to prevent her from testifying that she carried 90,000 euros to the PSOE headquarters. Her name appears in the Leire case, which is being investigated by the National Court.
