The leader of ERC, Oriol Junqueras, warns the PSOE that with the forgiveness of the FLA September won't be enough for the Republicans to sit down and negotiate the budget. In an interview on Catalunya Ràdio, he insisted that they will only do so if there is progress on the one-off financing.
