Josep Maria Triginer, founder of the PSC and key figure of the Transition, dies

Former MP and senator Josep Maria Triginer, founder of the Catalan Socialist Party (PSC), died this Friday at the age of 82, the party announced. A member of the Spanish Congress from 1977 to 1989, he represented the PSC at the signing of the Moncloa Pacts with Joan Raventós.
