Isla denies there's a clash between the Generalitat and the Moncloa government over personal income tax: "Montero is helping a lot."

The President of the Generalitat (Catalan Government), Salvador Illa, asserted this morning that the government is "absolutely not" at odds with the state government over the 100% collection of personal income tax. In fact, according to Isla, the Minister of Finance, María Jesús Montero, is "helping a lot" on this issue.
