From Navarre, Isla defends "shared prosperity" with the State

The president of the Generalitat (Catalan government), Salvador Illa, explained his economic proposal for Catalonia this morning at a briefing luncheon in Navarra. As he did in Madrid in March, he contrasted the "mercantilist" model of the PP's regional governments with the "humanist" model he claims to defend.
