Isla challenges the People's Party (PP) to present funding proposals instead of making "noise."

The president of the Generalitat (Catalan government), Salvador Illa, has challenged the People's Party (PP) to put proposals on the financing of the autonomous regions up for debate instead of making a fuss, given the possibility that the PP presidents will force the inclusion of this item on the agenda of the June 6 conference.
