Catalonia and Wales seal an alliance to collaborate on technology, language and renewables

The President of the Generalitat, Salvador Illa, and the First Minister of Wales, Eluned Morgan, signed a collaboration agreement this Wednesday to strengthen cooperation between both territories in technology, language and renewable energies, among other issues, at an event in Palau.
