The Minister of Territorial Policy, Ángel Víctor Torres, has accused the People's Party (PP) of putting up "walls" around minors coming from Africa and has differentiated this from people coming from Ukraine: "Why were buses sent to the border by those fleeing the invasion of Ukraine, and why, if they are African, are we going to the Constitutional Court?"
