Amnesty International laments "the excessive use of force" against a minor Barça member

Amnesty International has lamented this Thursday "the excessive use of force" by the National Police against a minor for carrying an estelada. In a statement, the human rights entity has welcomed the internal investigation opened, but has demanded an external one that "determines responsibilities".
