WHO puts number of health workers who have died from covid-19 at 115,000

The WHO warns that, at the current rate, within 3 weeks deaths due to covid-19 so far this year will exceed the total for 2020. The director general of the organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, has also put the number of health workers who have already died from the pandemic at 115,000
