The world exceeds 200 million cases of covid-19

More than 200 million people have been infected with covid-19 worldwide since the start of the pandemic, with the United States, India and Brazil having the most infections, according to Johns Hopkins University. Cases have doubled in just over six months, spurred by the delta variant.
