Rakitić retires from professional football

Ivan Rakitić has decided to hang up his boots at the age of 37 after playing his final Croatian league match with Hajduk Split this Sunday, where he provided an assist in the 2-1 win over Rijeka. Rakitić retires with 17 titles, 12 of which were won with Barça.
