Mortgages moderated the fall in February to 13% and return to precovid levels

The number of mortgages taken out on homes in Spain fell by 13.8% in February compared to the same month in 2020, to 31,647 signatures, the highest figure since February last year, just before the outbreak of the pandemic, according to data published by the INE.
