BarcelonaMapi León has become the star of Barça's thrashing of Madrid CFF. The Aragonese was playing for the first time since the controversy following the derby against Espanyol, in which images seemed to show that she touched the private parts of Colombian Daniela Caracas to provoke her. León scored the equaliser and started the road to victory for Pere Romeu's team, which arrives at the international break in good form (5-1).

Romeu has made five changes compared to the Cup match against the same rival, which was won 1-2 at Madrid CFF during the week. The most notable was the return of Mapi León to the starting eleven after the incident with Daniela Caracas. The home crowd, with almost five thousand people, has chanted his name, supporting him. The match did not start well, as Bonsegundo got past Cata Coll after a mistake by Marta Torrejón and made it 0-1. Mapi herself tied the game with a free kick. The goal that put the Catalans ahead was scored by the top scorer, the Polish Pajor, after an assist from the Portuguese Kika. It is the 17th goal in the league for the former Wolfsburg player.

In the second half, Madrid native Vicky scored the third goal with a powerful shot that broke the visitors' resistance. Each local attack ended with a clear chance, and the fourth goal came thanks to Fridolina Rolfö after another good play by Kika. The last goal was scored by Schertenleib two minutes from the end.

Aitana, the protagonist

Before the match, Aitana Bonmatí received a tribute, as today she reached 300 official matches with Barça. The 27-year-old midfielder from San Pedro de Ribes becomes the fourth player in the current squad to reach that figure. She is currently the eighth player with the most matches in Barça's history, behind Melanie Serrano (517), Marta Torrejón (453), Alexia Putellas (448), Vicky Losada (376), Marta Unzué (360), Patri Guijarro (329) and Mariona Caldentey (303).
