Curator Koyo Kouoh, who was scheduled to publicly unveil the title of her project for the upcoming Venice Biennale on the 20th, died on Saturday at the age of 57. Born in Cameroon and raised in Switzerland, she was known for her feminist and Africa-focused projects.
