Kim Jong-un focuses on North Korea's food shortages in his new year speech

North Korea's leader Kim Jong-un has focused the new year's speech of his 10th year in power on the country's internal problems, especially the lack of food that generates -he said- "a life and death struggle". Mentions of the US or nuclear weapons have been strangely scarce.
