Médecins Sans Frontières mourns the death of Hussam al-Loulou, a staff member killed in an Israeli attack, along with his wife and 28-year-old daughter, on April 1 in southwest Deir al-Balah, central Gaza. His death marks the 11th time the NGO staff has been killed by Israeli troops in the Gaza Strip.
