Hélène Cixous wins the 15th Formentor award

"The personality of her literary style and her intrepid sense of creative sovereignty" of the French-Algerian writer Hélène Cixous (Oran, 1937) have earned her, in the words of the jury, the 15th Formentor de les Lletres Prize, worth 50,000 euros.
