Health Dpt admits "some" vaccines have expired before they can be administered

The Secretary of Public Health, Carmen Cabezas, has admitted that "some" vaccines have "expired" before they can be administered, but explained that they will keep them in case the EME ends up authorising their use. Cadena SER had advanced the information this morning and Cabezas has confirmed it.
