Francisco Reynés leaves Veolia's board after Criteria's entry is announced

Naturgy CEO Francisco Reynés has resigned from the board of directors of Veolia Environnement on his own initiative, following the announcement of Criteria's acquisition of 5 percent of the French multinational and with the right to appoint a director, according to Europa Press.
