France recommends not to travel to Spain and Portugal

The Secretary of State for European Affairs, Clément Beaune, has recommended this morning in an interview with France 2 to avoidtravel to Portugal and Spain and expressed his concern about the spread of covid in the Iberian Peninsula, "particularly in Catalonia".
