Fire destroys part of the South African Parliament's roof

A fire has destroyed part of the roof of South Africa's Parliament building in Cape Town. Smoke billowed over the city on Sunday as firefighters battled a blaze in one of the buildings of the legislative complex, which has affected the National Assembly Chamber.
