Elsa, the first hurricane of the season in the Atlantic

Elsa has been the first tropical cyclone of this season in the Atlantic that has reached the hurricane category. Over the next few hours it will affect the south of the Dominican Republic and, at the beginning of next week, as a tropical storm, it will cross the island of Cuba.
