Climate change and health at the centre of Icelandic elections

Icelanders vote this Saturday in an election that will most likely result in a change of government. Prime Minister Katrín Jakobsdóttir's Green Left Movement is sinking in the polls after four years in an unlikely coalition with the conservative right.
