RTVE isn't satisfied with the money and shakes up the 'Telediarios'

"This group of journalists is the best possible proposal for what is shaping up to be a very demanding season," explained Jon Ariztimuño, the network's news director, during the presentation of the renewed roster. "We are the largest generator of audiovisual news content in the country and a reference for 600 million Spanish speakers around the world. We are the public network. In the overall newscasts, Antena 3 leads the way in Spain with an 18.6% audience share, followed by La 1 with 11.2%, Telecinco (9.5%), La Sexta (8.3%), and Cuatro (5.9%). The table remains the same for each edition, although weekend nights are the closest, with an 11.9% audience share for Atresmedia's top channel, versus 10.8% for La 1. Antena 3 also leads the way in cumulative viewers for the newscasts on weekend nights.

In the case of Catalonia, TV3 has achieved 23.0% of the audience this year. share, which leaves everyone else far behind.
