ReusThe Gresol Foundation has presented a new edition, the eighteenth, of the Gaudí Gresol Awards. Among the awardees is Antoni Bassas, journalist and co-founder of ARA, who received the award in the journalism category. The event, held this Thursday afternoon at the Antoni Gaudí auditorium in Reus, recognized the professional trajectory and celebrated the notoriety and excellence of reference figures in various areas of the country's social, economic, and cultural fabric.

Santiago Castellà, president of the Port Authority of Tarragona, received the award dedicated to business leadership, after leading a transformation focused on a logistics model based on decarbonization and the promotion of railways, and also for assuming the presidency of the Barcelona Catalunya Logistics Centre, which fosters connection towards the south of the country and the lands of Ponent. Ona Carbonell was the last figure recognized with the award in sports, for having become one of the top Olympic medalists in synchronized swimming and for having won the world championship in 2009.
