Power outagesI cannot understand the countless power outages that are occurring. Day in, day out.

The most important one, at least in our area, was a few days ago and lasted twelve consecutive hours, from seven in the morning until seven in the evening. Despite asking endless questions, we only received unconvincing answers: it will arrive at 11 a.m., at 4 p.m., etc. No causes. Do you think that, in the middle of a heatwave, with the need for fans, refrigerators, freezers... they can leave us without answers?

Furthermore, when you have sick people around who depend on respiratory equipment and a room with mobility rails to lift and move them... the situation becomes more urgent. I am specifically talking about a person with ALS, but among the neighbors there are other sick and elderly people. Will anyone step up and respond or compensate for the damages caused?

And it's not that there isn't a more suitable space nearby, it's convenience, I suppose. If from Craywinkel to Parc Marià Manent there is a distance of about 150 meters, and about 350 meters to Parc del Putxet, it's quite the desire to respect the dog's favorite little corner to relieve itself methodically and always in the same place: at the door of most homes.

On the other hand, it's summer and in the middle of a heatwave, and citizens want to open their windows, but ground floor and not-so-ground floor apartments receive the effluvia of the mix of dog urine and vinegary water or whatever the Barcelona City Council very rightly recommends.

In total, the neighborhood smells a lot and municipal watering is meager. Perhaps the City Council, imaginatively, could launch a campaign in favor of the advantage that a periodic change of itinerary would represent for the dog.
