The Barcelona Provincial Council joins the Consortium for Linguistic Normalization with 400,000 euros per year.

The Barcelona Provincial Council has joined the Consortium for Linguistic Normalization as a full member. It will contribute €400,000 each year and commit to expanding the learning and use of Catalan through awareness-raising and training activities, in collaboration with local governments.
