Venezuelan authorities arrest one of the opposition leaders hours after releasing him

One of the leaders of the opposition in Venezuela, Juan Pablo Guanipa, was arrested again this Monday just hours after being released from prison, according to other opposition members and later confirmed by the Prosecutor's Office, which said he will be transferred to a "house arrest" regime.
