Vancouver hit-and-run man charged with eight counts of murder

The driver who goes ramming into a crowd during a Filipino festival in Vancouver, in Canada, who killed 11 people and injured dozens, has been charged with eight counts of second-degree murder. According to the British Columbia prosecutor's office, Kai-Ji Adam Lo could face additional charges.
