Two Israeli teenagers arrested for beating a Palestinian who was missing a leg

Israel Police arrested two 16 and 17-year-old Israeli teenagers on Saturday night who had beaten a one-legged Palestinian with a stick in Hebron, in the southern West Bank, according to a police statement issued on Sunday.
