Twelve dead in a Ukrainian attack on a student residence in Luhansk

Russian authorities on Saturday raised to 12 the number of deaths in a Kyiv attack on a university and a student dormitory in the Ukrainian region of Luhansk, occupied by Moscow, which took place on Friday. Luhansk authorities had previously reported 10 deaths.
