South African opposition figure sentenced for inciting hatred against the white minority

A South African court has declared the controversial far-left opposition leader Julius Malema guilty of incitement of hatred for a 2022 speech in which he stated that "Killing is part of a revolutionary act", in apparent allusion to the country's white minority.
