"Serious warning to separatist forces": China's military maneuvers around Taiwan

The Chinese military began military exercises around Taiwan on Sunday to "send a serious warning to separatist forces seeking the island's independence and to external interference forces." China mobilized units of its navy, air force, and rocket force.
