Sanchez and Biden talk by phone about Madrid's NATO Summit

The President of the United States, Joe Biden, and the Spanish Prime Minister, Pedro Sanchez, spoke on Tuesday evening by telephone about the upcoming NATO summit to be held in Madrid. Biden will attend the summit with the aim, he said, "of strengthening the alliance".
