NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte visited Odessa today with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to demonstrate the Alliance's "unwavering" support for Kiev. Rutte's visit comes after a missile attack on the city of Sumi on Sunday killed 35 people and injured 100.
