Russia launches a wave of attacks on Ukraine and causes at least 4 deaths

Russia has launched a large-scale wave of attacks against Ukraine this morning. Hundreds of drones and dozens of Russian missiles have caused several explosions in the city of Kyiv and its surroundings. At least four people have died and nearly 50 have been injured as a result of the attacks.
