Netanyahu remains in the minority in the Israeli parliament

The ultra-Orthodox Shas party has announced it is leaving Benjamin Netanyahu's coalition government over the latter's refusal to exempt graduating students from military service. The government now remains in a minority in Parliament, after United Torah Judaism also abandoned it.
