Italy blocks a humanitarian ship that disobeyed its port of call

Italian authorities on Monday placed the ship belonging to the NGO Mediterranea Saving Humans under administrative arrest for transporting migrants it had rescued at sea to a Sicilian port, disobeying instructions to dock in Genoa.
