Israel releases a WHO worker detained in July in Gaza

The World Health Organization (WHO) has confirmed the release of one of its staff members in Gaza, detained by Israel since July 21. Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said he was "extremely relieved" and called for the protection of health and humanitarian workers.
