Four dead in Russian attack in Kiev

At least four people were killed and 20 injured in a Russian drone and missile attack on Kiev. Three of the dead were rescuers. Bombing alerts were sounded tonight in Kiev, as well as in the cities of Kharkiv, Sumy, and Luhansk.
