Colombia begins operations to identify and expel migrants in an irregular situation

The Colombian authorities have launched in Cúcuta, a city on the border with Venezuela, the first operations to identify and expel foreigners in an irregular situation since the arrival of Abelardo de la Espriella to the presidency.
