At least eight dead in Kiev from another Russian missile attack

Russia has launched another deadly attack on Kiev. At least eight people were killed and 34 others injured this Monday, victims of a Russian ballistic missile that struck a residential building in the Ukrainian capital. Last week, a similar attack killed 28 people.
