At least eight dead in an explosion at a tourist site in New Delhi, India

At least eight people were killed Monday in an explosion near the Red Fort in New Delhi, the Indian capital. A device is believed to have detonated in a car, but police are still investigating the incident and have not yet determined the cause. Eleven other people were injured, according to local media.
