At least 20 dead when a boat capsizes in Lampedusa

At least 20 people died when a boat capsized 23 km off the coast of the Italian island of Lampedusa. So far, 60 survivors have been rescued, and it is estimated there may be up to 20 more. According to Save the Children, a one-and-a-half-year-old girl died in the shipwreck.
