The flooding that hit Central Texas between July 4 and 7 has caused at least 119 deaths, according to the latest count. The storm, associated with Tropical Storm Barry, brought torrential rain of up to 516 mm in just a few hours and caused the Guadalupe River to rise by 8 meters.
